One Sensor. Multiple Concentrations.
At its core, the RT-110 Series measures refractive index directly. From that single optical measurement, the sensor instantly converts and reports concentration values for % Brix, Mono Ethylene Glycol (%MEG), and Mono Propylene Glycol (%MPG) using built-in, temperature-dependent equations. This allows operators to track critical fluid properties without manual sampling or secondary calculations.
Simultaneously, the RT-110 monitors process temperature, ensuring concentration data remains accurate across changing operating conditions.
Designed for Data Center and Closed Loop Cooling.
With its small footprint and screenless design, the RT-110 Series is well suited for CDU cooling systems, data center coolant monitoring, and closed-loop glycol applications. The sensor integrates seamlessly using 4–20 mA and RS-485 Modbus outputs, making it easy to connect to PLCs, DCS platforms, and existing control infrastructure .

Built for Harsh Environments.
Constructed with 316L stainless steel and a sapphire optical surface, the RT-110 Series is engineered for durability in demanding industrial environments. The sensor is rated IP67, operates across a wide temperature range, and maintains high accuracy even in contaminated fluid samples when proper filtration and maintenance practices are followed .
For fouled applications, an optional ultrasonic cleaning module is available to support automated online sensor cleaning, helping maintain long-term performance with minimal intervention.
Smart Configuration and Data Access.
Using the uPyxis® app, users can configure output ranges, view live refractive index and temperature trends, access up to 56 days of onboard historical data, and perform diagnostics or calibration. Wireless access is available when paired with the optional Bluetooth adapter, simplifying commissioning and maintenance.
Precision without Complexity.
The RT-110 Series delivers high-resolution refractive index measurement (0.00001 RI) with concentration accuracy of ±0.1%, all while maintaining a compact, low-power design. By eliminating the need for screens, grab samples, and handheld testing, the RT-110 provides continuous, reliable concentration data exactly where uptime depends on it.
