Returns Policy
Any normal business transaction will eventually require the return of a product for exchange or credit. In order to return a Pyxis Lab® product, please start by filling out our Return or Repair Form or by calling +1 (866) 203-8397. After our Support Team has been given context and product information, you will obtain Pyxis Lab’s consent and proper Return Authorization information.
Return Procedure
To expedite the return process, please follow the return procedure listed below:
- Within 15 Days of purchasing the product you must fill out the Return/Repair Form or call +1 (866) 203-8397 to begin the return process.
- Pyxis Lab® will provide Return Authorization documentation and instructions.
- You are required to return the product in its original packaging. NO LABEL WILL BE PROVIDED. You are responsible for creating and placing a return label that is addressed to 21242 Spell Circle, Tomball TX 77375 USA. Make sure to attach any Return Authorization documentation/information that was provided to clearly indicate that the return has been authorized by Pyxis Lab®.
- Refunds will be given in the form of Store Credit.
- There is a 5% Processing Fee associated with the refurbishing/restocking of the returned product. Credits are only given if the product returned can be resaleable. Credits will be given after a thorough factory inspection.
