Here are some of the more frequently asked questions about Pyxis Lab® & our product offering. If you have a question that is not answered below, please feel free to contact us.

You can find product support documents (ie. user manuals, quick-start guides, firmware updates, data sheets & more) by searching through our Support Document Library or by heading to that specific product page on our e-store.

If your sensor is giving you false readings, you may need to clean and/or calibrate the sensor. Use the uPyxis® app to conduct rapid cleanliness diagnostics. Your sensor will read ‘Clean’ or ‘Dirty’. If your sensor is dirty, conduct the cleaning & calibration procedures found in your user manual or maintenance guide (click here to find support documents). If your sensor is clean & calibrated but still reads incorrectly please request repair or contact us.

No they are not. Some pH-related devices include storage solution, our inline sensors come with tee kits and our Corrosion Sensors come with the MA-CR Bluetooth® adapter. However, none of our devices arrive with their necessary calibration standards.
